Eloping in Idaho or Grand Teton National Park should feel intentional, calm, and deeply meaningful — not confusing or overwhelming. My approach is simple: I guide you through the entire experience so you can actually be present in it.
From location scouting and permit guidance to feeling confident in front of the camera, I support you every step of the way. I offer gentle, natural direction rather than stiff posing, allowing real moments to unfold while still giving you guidance when you need it.
I’m hands-on throughout the planning process, helping you choose the right location, navigate logistics, and create a timeline that flows naturally with the light and your day. By the time your elopement arrives, everything has been thoughtfully planned — so you can relax and focus on each other.
Every elopement I photograph is approached with care, intention, and attention to detail, resulting in imagery that feels honest, emotional, and true to you.
McKenna is the best photographer I have ever worked with! She captured my engagement and did an amazing job of keeping the entire thing a secret with my fiancé. She did such great work that we have now hired her to shoot our wedding in January! I recommend McKenna to anyone that wants a 10/10 photographer at their event or photo shoot.

I love what I do. Since forever, I knew that I had a creative bone and drive that I needed to use. I practiced photography in high school, but I thought I could not fit the mold of a photographer. But after working with my own wedding photographer, I realized what an amazing job that would be! So my dad gifted me his old work camera and I started doing free sessions for fun. And I very quickly fell in love with it. And now here I am! This is my passion. And I could not imagine a better occupation.
