My name is McKenna!

I love what I do. Since forever, I knew that I had a creative bone and drive that I needed to use. I did not know what that drive would result in. I tried drawing, singing, and even construction. As I was planning my wedding to my now husband, I of course was on the search for photographers. I practiced photography in high school, but I thought I could not fit the mold of a photographer. But after working with my own wedding photographer, I realized what an amazing job that would be! So my dad gifted me his old work camera and I started doing free sessions for fun. And I very quickly fell in love with it. And now here I am! This is my passion. And I could not imagine a better occupation.

My Approach

I strive to create something that can be cherished forever for you and your spouse. And I strive to create memories in a way that captures the emotion of that exact moment. And to do this means I am the best fly on the wall! Story-telling means that I observe what is happening in the moment and capture it as-is. I do my best not to manufacture moments and to let them happen naturally. I will step in when needed, but I guarantee you that you are doing it perfectly already! Because each picture doesn't tell just any story – it tells YOUR unique love story. And every love story deserves to be told.
